About Thomas Gabor

Thomas is a professional social worker and educator with a Bachelor of Social Work from York University and a Bachelor of Education from Lakehead University. Thomas' volunteer and work experience has always had a focus on empowering marginalized youth and providing them with the tools necessary for success in today's world. He has held positions with the Catholic Children's Aid Society of Toronto and the York Region Children's Aid Society as a child protection worker as well as teaching positions domestically and abroad in Guatemala, and Panama. Thomas is currently working as a Youth Engagement Coordinator in partnership with the Toronto based organization LetsStopAids and the Dududu Drop-In Centre in KwaZulu-Natal province in South Africa.
